    I am a big believer that organisational training should be run like a business. Thinking of L&D units as simply cost centers devalues the work being done.

  2. We are of like mind on this, Paul. It not only devalues the work being done but the work being done also is often disconnected from the business and irrelevant and the investment/value equation for learning is often broken. Am happy to chat anytime on this topic. Ed Trolley
